He took the time to explain what was needed and proceeded to do the repair. Also, when I call into Able to get an appointment Debbie looks us up and as a customer you feel like they know you. Also, Hope called to let us know when Bryan was on his way which is great. Since I make all the arrangements for my Mom you is going on 93, all of these notations above are important to us. Call able plumbing and you won't be disappointed. I called a heating and air conditioning company to come fix my tankless water heater and i waited all day and they did not even show up. The next day i called able plumbing and electric and told them my water heater is out and i have no hot water fo showers and they immediately had Tom S call me and ask me a few questions about my heater. i Live in the foothills and its a journey up here. In what seemed to be no time at all Tom arrived with a new heater to replace the old one and had it installed very quickly, He did beautiful, clean work and the heater works fantastic! Save yourself worry and stress and just call able plumbing for your needs. You can trust them. They saved my day and will save yours too!

Bryan was great - knowledgeable, friendly, informative, efficient. I had a leaky shower faucet that was a bit involved to replace the cartridge. He wasted no time, was always friendly, and explained everything to whatever extent I wanted. Bryan is just excellent at what he does, and maintains such a positive attitude. A great experience!

Bryan B did an excellent job of assessing all the problems with my old dishwasher. Then he did an excellent job of installing my new one, which because of his knowledge, made me even more relieved I had bought it, rather than try to repair the old one. He was extremely courteous, tidy, efficient and a great conversationalist, which was nice for an old retired lady like myself, as I don't get out as much as I used to. He has amazing salt water aquariums, 5 gorgeous daughters, and it's a good thing you don't pay him by the hour! LOL! I like doing business with Able because they are always so pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person. They do their utmost to get service to me ASAP, sometimes even the same day! Wow!
