The Technician did a excellent job repairing our clothes washer. Another problem popped up, he returned the next day. Figured out what we needed, ordered the part. Thought it would be in by Friday, actually came the next day. He came back and finished the job. In a short time we were back in business. I was impressed and called the office to say so. Thanks!

The repair technician came out and removed a part from our front load washer. He did not leave us the part. He said it was broken and that he would be back the next day to repair our machine. We not only had to call him midday the next day to see if he was, in fact, returning to repair our machine, but we are on day 4 of not having a washer with a child who is potty training! Do not use this company. They are not dependable and do not seem to care.

Prompt, quickly showed me what the problem was and was able to fix it the same day. Great service.

Like a lot of other comments I've seen, they are prompt, able to diagnose and correct the problem, and seem a little expensive. But my washer was fixed within 24 hours of my calling them so I'm very happy.

They were great in every aspect. Flexible hours/immediate availability, knowledge and expertise, and quality of repair. They got back to my request right away, came out the next day, and the guy immediately found and identified the issue with my washer. He told me he would get the replacement parts needed and be back the next day. He came back the next day, performed the repair in a timely manner, and was on his way. This was a week ago and the washer has been working perfectly ever since. The best part is that their work is guaranteed for a year. Oh yeah and forgot to mention the price was very reasonable. Same day service, they told us they'd be here between 3 - 6pm, tech came at 5:45... ugh. fixed the dryer in 10 minutes, cost $174.
