Pete and ABCD Computers are Seriously Leaps and Bounds above ALL the Others!! Don't use Online Help and Get Taken like I DID!! They made My Problem worse and Charged me for it!! Pete is An Expert in His Field and Honest and Courteous to Boot. Out of all the people I contacted with my Failing computer problem ( almost nothing worked) Pete was the Only One to call Me at Home, and Explain in Plain english what was going On and what my options were. Only With Pete's Instructions I was able to get My Computer Back.... I was So Amazed... I really thought I was going to have to Buy a New Computer : ( THANKS PETE & ABCD.... GREAT JOB!!! Being a newbie to Vegas, I wasn't sure where to begin with regard to finding a company to take a CD. I dropped off my computer at his home (I was outside of his regular service area). He called me a few days later to deliver the bad news that the mother board was gone. When I inquired about the cost of repair, he advised against it, as there could also be other components that were bad. Anyway, when I went to pick up the unit and asked what I owed, he said, "Nothing." He indicated that he found the problwem right away and didn't feel like it would be right to charge me a fee. This guy is really honest.

Nov 29, 2008: I called ABCD Computer late at night for help removing virus from my home computer. Pete from ABCD called back very promptly and came to my apartment right on time. The service cost was very reasonable (and much less than Geek Squad), and I was extremely pleased with the result. Pete now only cleared my computer of virus and spyware, but fixed some problems I was not even aware I had. He also installed, without charge, Malwarebytes anti-malware software and software to eliminate fragmentation on my C drive. And gave me suggestions for automatically installing Microsoft service packs. This is a terrific family business.
