great company. needed service right away. they were there the next day.

Avoid this company if they even still exist. We had them for about a year and a half and the past three months, no service and mailed in checks have been returned. I never even got a call that they went out of business or moved. All the phone numbers listed on the website gives a "no longer available" message and no forwarding number. They also said in the beginning that they would brush off spider webs and they haven't did that since the first spraying. AVOID THEM!!!

Had service for a year (we were told in order to keep the lower price we had to sign up for a year service). From the beginning we told them we have a locked gate and to call the day before so we could unlock the gate & put our dogs in the house. We NEVER received this call during the entire year of service. Our house was skipped more than once because the tech would show up & the gate would be locked. Their computers were always "down" and we only received a statement showing our house had been sprayed half the time. The technician talked on his cell phone the entire time he was spraying. Most of the times that I called in to find out why we werent recieving a call the day before or getting statements for our service I spoke with the owner. He talked a lot, but never actually followed-through with what he said he would. Said he'd call back, send me an email, schedule our house for that week....none of it ever got done.
