I was more than satisfied with the company. My 89 year old mother's electrical bill was $700 a month for four months. No one could find the problem. I am a school teacher and my mother is 92 years old and her air conditioner quit. I called Service Now late in the evening and the owner answered...no answering service. I called CEI on a holiday and they answered their phone on like the second ring. They had a truck there in less than 2 hours and fixed my air conditioner because they had the part on their truck. The price was very inexpensive and my family was very happy to be in air.
