Provided by YP.comabsolutely the worst post office i have ever dealt with. there is a hostile environment the moment you enter the customer service area. not only are the 'customer service' personnel rude and insulting but one informed me "we can make this easy or we can make this hard" in a very threatening way. i have always LOVED the USPS for all the services they provide citizens and thank them each time i deal with them. why is the Slidell Post Office allowed to operate in such a manner?

Provided by YP.comIf I could give this post office zero stars, I would. The customer service by the management is, by far, the worst I have ever dealt with. I know of small children with better manners and communication skills than what is presented at this location. First, my mail carrier failed to deliver an overnight package to me. It was a very important package in which contained personal checks. When I inquired to my carrier, I was told that I was incorrect and that I had received them and forgot about it. When reaching out to management, both Sam and Donna assured me that they would look into this and locate it. They also assured me that the overnight postage I had paid for would be reimbursed to me. That was in June. It is now January and I still have not received reimbursement. Additionally, over a month later my package finally arrived in my box only because the person who was delivered my package was nice enough to finally put it back in the mail to be returned. I was never called about it or followed up with. No one even bothered to investigate the situation. I decided to let it go and move on with life. In October, I put a forward on my mail to become effective several weeks later. I was out of town and when I went to check my mail, everything in my box had been removed. Since the USPS only recognized that I had a forward beginning in November, my packages and mail were all returned to sender or lost in transit. When I went to the post office to speak to management about this, Sam was extremely rude, began raising his voice at me, told me that the issue was my fault, offered no help, and called me a liar. Donna, once again, stepped in and actually was helpful, but stood by without saying a word as Sam continued to berate me. The happiest moment was moving and no longer having to deal with this postal service. If you are looking for helpful service or professionalism, go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comI used this company to repair my refrigerator and they came out on Saturday, same day I called them, and made the repair. They were very reasonable and had the part with them. I would highly recommend this company because the do good work and they are honest.

Provided by YP.comRefrigerator quit on a Sunday. Called a lot of 24 reportedly companies and nobudy answered their phone. A Service Now LLC answered the phone and the owner said he could come out within the hour. He showed up as promised and got it repaired enough so food would not spoil. I told him I had to work Monday and would not be home until late, he said no problem.. He came back Monday night with the part and replaced the control board and it works great. Thank you A Service Now, you saved me hundreds of dollars by saving my food with your prompt service.
