A and I was in charge of my condo restoration. The condo has been closed for over a year, and the items inside were improperly stored with mold cross contamination. This would not have happened if the air conditioner was running.

I was very disappointed in my experience with A&I. I had heard good things, but my experience was quite different. My project began on August 1. After 35 days, no action had been taken. I complained. A new project manager was brought in and things began moving. From the start, I had made it clear that workers WERE NOT allowed outside of the work area. Not once or twice, but THREE times, I captured video of workers going upstairs - in spite of having set up barriers and verbally telling the project managers that access was PROHIBITED. The last straw for me was the discovery that their cleaning crew had gone into all of my kitchen cabinets to 'clean' without permission and left them in total disarray. I was advised I didn't need to clear them out because they would not be impacted. I was not asked if it was okay to go in them. I wish I could post pictures. It was awful. DO NOT allow them open access to your home. Their work and workers needs very close supervision. VERY UNHAPPY.
