This company uses improperly trained technicians. The technician replaced the water inlet valve on my refrigerator and did not connect the water line properly to the new valve. He did not understand how the valve should be connected. The water line subsequently came off and flooded my kitchen. The technician came back out and stated the design of the valve caused the issue and reconnected the line. Abount one hour later the line came off again(Fortunately, I was at home both times the line came off minimizing the water damage). I called another repair company and they explained the correct method for water line connection and repaired the issue. If you want to have confidence in the repair being performed DO NOT USE A HOME APPLIANCE SERVICE. They do not understand how to repair appliances which can cause substantial damage to your house. I would highly recommend using a different company."
