No doubt there are honest and ethical HVAC service repair companies out there. How many are both honest and fairly priced is anyones guess. But in an increasingly chaotic fast- paced world, the number of honest, reasonable HVAC specialists genuinely dedicated to the well being of your family on the hottest summer days and coldest winter days is surely rare. I had no air when I called A & D Heating and Air they came out the same day and fixed my air, They are fast and very good. AP-Sachse
I called A & D Heating and Air after I was told that I was going to have to pay alot of money to replace my unit, Dale came out and not only fixed it but explained in normal terms what was going on. I will not use anybody else. NK-Richardson
They were able to come within a few hours, found the problem, replaced a capacitor, refill the line and cleanup it up for a very reasonable price. He also helped us to find the filter on the central unit of this house. It is great to have people so helpful and no taking advantage of the situation.
Outstanding service. Owner took time to answer all questions. No extra charge for emergency service and no over charge. Fast but very detailed diagnosis. Encouraged me to compare diagnosis and bids with other companies. I called other companies to compare diagnosis, Pricing, AND quality of new equipment recommendations. The quality of the equipment was much better and the price, lower. I accidentally wrote my check out for more money than the invoice. They discovered it and brought the check back to get one for the lower correct amount. They installed the new system on Sunday, with no extra fees or charges. After installation, all service calls are free for the first year.
Didn't know these guys from Adam prior to their service, which was quite good. They were on time and knowledgable, not overly chatty and didn't waste time. Serviced during an emergency situation and didn't over charge (or charge extra even), or pressure me in any way. I'll go back to them every time (as a matter of fact, it took me a couple of weeks to find the check stub so I could relocate them for another situation later). I guess you could say I was very pleased.
