Please follow my advice... do not take AC Shuttle. It is the worst customer service. I travel a lot and recently, AC shuttle was suppose to pick me up at LAX but the owner Barbara gave the wrong info to the driver. Of course, the driver didnt double check the info and was 1 hour late to pick me up and he was at the wrong terminal. The owner never apologise for her mistake and she was very rude and immature. Whatever you do... big advice, do not call AC shuttle... I will recommend Airport Shuttle or super shuttle they are much cheaper and they are ON TIME for pick up! I had to put a star but THEY DO NOT DESERCE A STAR... I WILL STAY THEY DESERVE A .... -ZERO STAR!!
