The valet parking service for 7 Riverway apartments is not safe because anyone can come in the garage and scratch your vehicle. I just had a very bad experience with my brand new Mercedes Benz car, after three weeks of purchase it was scratch by someone in the garage. I personally gave the keys to the valet parking gentlemen to park my car and the next day my car was scratched. The manager of the building, 7 Riverway, refused any responsibilities about this damage. I did not receive any support from the Manager to try to do some investigation or anything else to help me.The rent is extremely high and we can not use the valet parking because you don't have any security in the building.I do not recommend anyone to move to this place.
