Individuals, couples and families, all face many challenges today trying to stay healthy. Shopping for food and preparing healthy meals has become increasingly complicated due to the enormous selection of foods available and conflicting information about what constitutes proper nutrition. Moreover, as we grow older our nutritional needs change, further complicating food choices. Let’s not forget that getting enough exercise is just as important. As individuals we must find our inner motivation to make lifelong changes. As couples we must support one another in making those lifelong changes. And as parents we must realize that our kids learn by example, and hence it is our responsibility to teach them the importance of taking care of their health and teaching them how to go about it best. More often than not, kids are brought to me by parents in hopes that I can help the kids lose weight. However, this is not just about the kids, it's about the entire family. So, my job is to help families put more focus on being healthy as a family and less on trying to get their kid(s) to lose weight. As a long time wellness professional and enthusiast I am committed to providing the highest quality service to assure that my clients not only succeed at achieving their goals, but that they leave with enough knowledge to continue to make positive strides toward healthier lifestyles.
