My name is Bill Sanford. I don't remain to be anonymous as I have used 1st Response for the past 8 years for my personal towing as well as all my customers and family. These guys go above and beyond everytime and is the best I have been around. Being in the auto business for the past 40 years I know quality when I see it. Very disheartening with this video making its way around when the numbnut thay created the mess couldn't say a word on camera. He knows he was wrong and deserves nothing. Round the cattle back up those weren't woman.

I saw how he treats employees and customers first hand, in front of his young children. You would not believe the language that came out of the mouth of this large child. Sorry, I don't mean to besmirch children but, he's not a man. Using the "C" word while talking to a woman and the LGBGT crowd would not be happy with him, to say the least. I'll post the video later if I can. VERY telling. The fact that the business is in his father's name, and not is own, speaks volumes.

Terrible customer service. Treats their employees like dirt. Overworks employees past the point of exhaustion. It's sad that AAA puts their name on this company.

First Response towed my vehicle from Tampa area to Orlando on 12/5/14. Vehicle picked up at 8:13 pm..arrived in Orlando 1:24 am. Driver fell asleep at 2 red lights, had to pull over to nap twice. Picked up another tow while towing mine. Insurance company questioning damage...contacted First Response to get copy of their records and Robert told me, whether I had their call #, whether I was gay or straight, or if he had my blood type, he couldn't provide any information. I have never seen such lousy customer service!!!! They don't deserve any stars but gave them the least!!

i would use 1st res any time they r the best they came all the way to pasco to pick up my truck & took all the way to st. pete for repairs they r vary polite & quick & they even call to ask about how the service was good or bad thank u robert
