      I have used 1st Rate Appraisal Services several times over the years for different properties I have owned including condos and apartment buildings. Their service has been always been fast and professional. The appraised values were always accepted by the bank underwriters without questions. I will be using 1st Rate again with the next property I purchase. Highly recommended!
