I am a repeat customer from value cars, three times over. I have always been taken very well care of. My previous car had transmission issues and they helped me deal with Volkswagen and get it taken care of (under warranty). My husband also purchased his truck from them and is very happy. My husband is in the military and when he has been gone, Value Cars answered my questions. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I'm super excited about my new VW. And very happy and satisfied with my service and sales person.

I dont much care for shopping for vehicles but I have to admit, the guys at Value Cars were very straight forward and fair. My wife and I found a conversion van specific to our needs, but these vans can get abused so it was important that we were assured of the condition before we headed down to take a look. Extra pics, carfax and dealer repairs were all provided up front so not to be any surprises. Very pleased!

Great customer service.. Came in a little defensive since I've had previous bad experiences with car sales... I was very pleased with the whole transaction.. From when we came in all the way to taking my new Aviator home.. Everything went fast and smooth.. If you are looking for a new car they have it.. I just purchased a 2008 Camry Hybrid from Value Cars. I was very reluctant to purchase from a non-franchise dealer, but in the end it turned out to be a very smooth transaction. They were able to work with my credit union and also provided me with 3 year extended warranty at a low price. My salesperson John, was very professional and very patient. He took me to see Alex (his mechanic) to lift the Camry so I could see under the car - it came from another state. Next day after the purchase, I returned to see John about a missing Navigation CD, and he was able to assist in ordering one for me.



I will definately recommend buying a car from Value Cars.

I could not get approved for a car loan every where I went and I needed a car to get to work. I was looking on my computer and found their website, valuecarsinc.com and gave them my info and an hour they called me and said I was approved. I was driving my new car the same day, thanks for everything!
