I just started using this dry cleaner several weeks ago and was very disappointed to RECEIVE a stain on my dress pants after picking it up. The owners of the store were very defensive and stated that it was not them who created the stain (which could not be removed). These were $100 suit bottoms that are difficult to replace, and they were not the least bit empathetic or concerned. I tried hard to negotiate with them, pleading them to help remove the stain that they created. All they would do is say "we did not do it." Very disappointing. I would not bring my clothes to this family business again.
