A part of Masheta Group, Ltd., Minado is a Japanese seafood buffet restaurant in Natick, Mass. Its specialty is sushi and sashimi with over 30 selections, including made-to-order hand rolls. The restaurant has contemporary Japanese hot food dishes, such as yakisoba, beef and chicken teriyaki, tempura, gyoza dumplings and udon noodles. During dinner hours, Minado offers a teppan-yaki grill station where the chef cooks the customer's selection of beef, chicken or vegetables. The menu also features a mix of seafood favorites, such as Alaskan snow crab legs, Jumbo shrimp, oysters, cocktail shrimp and a variety of baked fish. Additionally, the restaurant has a selection of gourmet salads and desserts. Minado's desserts include a variety of pastries and fruits.
