The best Italian food at great prices with a wonderful friendly atmosphere.

Good family restaurant but not a high end Italian restaurant with gourmet type recipes. The basic sauces on Spaghetti with are very good as are the Pizzas, Meatballs, Chicken Parm and Toasted Ravioli's. The salad uses just iceberg lettuce which the kids will actually eat. You won't find anything too fancy but the basics are very good. Waitresses are very friendly but then again I am a local. Overall a nice casual experience where you can relax and be yourself. I've eaten there over a 100 times. Frankly, I don't enjoy an Italian restaurant where you can't order Spaghetti and Meatballs - thats just not American or Italian. I'd quote "Big Daddy" if I could. After hearing all the locals rave about this place, we decided to give it a try. We've never been so disappointed. The food was basic spaghetti house fare, one step above Chef Boyardee. (Downright bland red sauce; heavily breaded, chopped veal patties). Worse was the service: it was as if our waitress didn't know we existed. We waited much much too long for our order, and could never find our waitress for the basics, like parmesan cheese or water. The only thing good I can say about the place is it's not expensive.
