If I could give zero stars I would, Mr. De Vargas promised to have my ex in court in 45 days, and now 7 months later, no court date. He took my money, and disappeared, leave messages and might get one call returned every 2 months. No progress at all. Also claims he can't find my ex, and she works within walking distance of his office, he is so full of $#!%

I hired Mr. Devargas to handle a divorce. After the money changed hands, he vanished. I received very few updates, and he never initiated contact. Contact with his office was only made after repeated (and unanswered) messages. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere several times just to get a return phone call. I made a special trip to Louisiana (I had moved out of state) for a confirmed court date, only to be told by the secretary that I was mistaken, 12 hours before we where supposed to show. The only good thing I can say is that Devargas is cheap. Mr. Devargas needs a lesson in business management. Customer service keeps you in business!!!
