Britton & Koontz Capital Corporation is the parent company of Britton & Koontz Bank. The bank operates three full-service offices in Natchez, Miss.; two branch offices in Vicksburg, Miss.; and one branch office in Baton Rouge, La. The bank offers traditional deposit and lending services and an array of investment services. Britton & Koontz Capital also owns Britton & Koontz Title Insurance Agency, which was established to issue title insurance on properties in the state of Mississippi. The company has more than $350 million in assets. Britton & Koontz Bank maintains a branch location in Natchez, Miss.
