For about a year and half I have called Stewarts Ferry Home. It is a wonderful place to live, although not perfect as with any place but definately not the worse by no means. Sure there are things going to break down or in need to be fixed as with any older community so I understand that and maintenance is great about getting the job done!. I've had no major issues as far a security and the office staff are great to work with and very understanding. The landscaping is immaculant and the apartments are not new by any means but very spacious and updated or at least the one i have is. Thus far I have enjoyed it hear and most likely will live hear until I decide to make a purchase.

Stay away from this place. It looks beautiful on the outside, but mold and mail theft were a BIG problem for my son and new daughter-in-law. The WORST was a package of family pictures that cannot be replaced. The Postal Inspection Service needs to keep an eye on this place and their so-called mail facility. Someone in there is ripping people off. This was MULTIPLE packages, not just one or two. Very unhealthy place to live between the mold, bugs and dog feces everywhere.........also beware of the deposit rip offs.
