The O'Charleys in Bellevue on Hwy 70 is always able to accommodate your party. This doesn't necessarily mean that they don't have many customers, but the flow is managed effectively. My biggest complaint is that they have removed the coconut shrimp from their menu. I've completed numerous surveys after their meals, requesting this be returned to the menu. Hopefully, they will listen to the customers' requests. They have add a few interesting salads and entrees with the new menu, but it still needs some help. The potato soup is a joke. It's like old French fries with cheese soup poured over it. Sorry guys, I came from the country where potato soup is the REAL THING! Overall, it's a great place to grab a meal on the run and as long as you stick with traditional orders, your okay.
It is a local favorite of mine. The food and service always are consistantly great. I have to make sure I don't hit the "dinner crowd" or I could be waiting up to 45 minutes. The parking - not so good
