This clinic and its doctors came highly recommended to us by our OBGYN and also a friend who had a prior positive experience. They are knowledgeable but not very interested or informed of their patient. Never mind the waiting on the Dr. for an hour, which in itself expect to see the Dr. only at your initial visit, any time after that good luck. :) We basically tell them what we think should be done based on our own research. They are quick to prescribe meds and shots and procedures but kind of backwards in finding out what is wrong and what is causing the infertility. When we approached the Doctor during the follow up visit and expressed our concerns that we were rushed into processes that could have harmed more than helped and also we missed an opportunity, the response was "well you only missed one month, and you had already been trying on your own for a while". We paid for an exam that ended up being covered by the insurance company, I spent a month of follow up to get the refund,
