The Medquarters sales rep assured me that they were in network with CIGNA so I placed an order with them. After receiving the order I have found out that they are not in network with CIGNA so I am out $555. Medquarters will not resolve the issue by giving me a refund or letting me return the device. The sales rep was either uninformed or dishonest - but either way they are not resolving this issue in an ethical way.
