My husband and I have come here for almost 2yrs. Dr. Mason gives good care and attention to his patients and his clinic staff. However, his front office staff (Betty) is rude, demeaning, and violates many HIPPA privacy regulations. She has demeaned my family verbally on phone and in person. She refers to your care based on what insurance you have, and Dr. Mason does not address the issues. I HATE having to make appointments for him because of her. They have HORRIBLE availability. They are ther Mon, Tues, Thurs from 830-2 for appts and Wed 8-12. For those of us with careers, there's NO flexibility in that. She will even deny care to a patient without speaking to the dr. If she is a continued reflection of his business, then I would NEVER suggest anyone to see them, The office needs a LOT of updating. Nothing is electronic. VERY difficult to get and receive records from this office, no computer for appts or billing either. My husband and I have had SO many issues with this office and billing being done by them incorrectly due to lack of technology. My insurance company even said they don't like this office to deal with. Definitely not family friendly either. Will definitely be seeking care elsewhere in a more comfortable and business appropriate environment

Dr. Mason has been my family's dentist for years. He is great. He listens to you. He responds empathetically. He is known as "the painless dentist" for good reason; he is gentle, careful, caring and compassionate when doing dental work. His office has a "feels like home" touch to it. He does have many regular patients who love him and his staff (Betty, Rita and Nichole) so you should schedule your appointment in advance due to his large number of clients. His office will do its best to work someone in during an emergency, but you might need to be on call to come in when somebody cancels their appointment. For this reason, you should become a regular patient, scheduling cleanings and procedures in advance to minimize your dental emergencies. Again, Dr. Mason and his staff care for their patients and their patients care for them.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

If you never thought visiting a dentist could be a pleasant experience, set an appointment with Dr. Mason. He has a great staff, doesn't keep you waiting and does a great job. Thanks Dr. Mason and Staff!
