I am an independent insurance agent. They were contracted to take blood for a Paramed for a life insurance policy. They called the client, informed her not to eat for 8 hours prior to a 11:30 appointment. They did not show up. Told a colleague they left a message with a child. No children at the client's place of business. Were contacted & stated they would have someone out there in a hour. After client was informed about 1 hour. The client received a call about 30 minutes later stating, "I'm out of the area already, I've been working all day, I'm tired, & I'm not coming back out there today." I know longer have a client & would like to express my thanks. I would also recommend running from this very unprofessional organization. This all happened 6/24/09.
