Jack Cawthon started Jack's Bar-B-Que on the corner of Broadway and 1st Avenue in a tiny concrete block building. A man of taste and multi-talents, Jack Cawthon first began in the food service business as Cawthon's Caterer, Inc. in 1976. Jack renovated the building and added a patio overlooking Riverfront Park and Broadway. Tennessee Pork Shoulder, Texas Beef Brisket, Smoked Turkey Breast, Smoked Texas Sausage, St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, Smoked Chicken. Family Meals include Chicken Pack, Family Pack, Rib Pack Delivery Catering Arrangements
