I had to personally deal with the owner, Adam Ingram. He is rude, obnoxious and does not care about his customers. I saw him screaming at his employees for eating! He charges an obscene amount of money for less than mediocre signs. I ordered a sign from Ingram for a promotion my store was running and it started coming apart the day I got it. They use cheap materials that probably come from somewhere in China. I will never be going back to Ingram Express. They are terrible.
