I have not been reimbursed $80 for cost of repair under the Gibson/Baldwin Hamilton warranty. This is being handled by Gibson Brands since Gibson now owns Baldwin Piano. In 2001, Baldwin bought by Gibson, so all my warranty claims for my Baldwin Hamilton Piano is handled through Gibson Brands. There is no effort on their part to resolve this complaint. Customer satisfaction is not their priority. This complaint has been filed to BBB.I will no longer buy Gibson products due to poor customer service and warranty service. tb.
