Elliston Place Soda Shop has been part of the lives of Nashvillians and visitors since 1939 - more than eight decades! The Soda Shop is known for having great milkshakes and fountain treats but also serves one of the best cheeseburgers in Nashville. We also have amazing salads and soups and every day we feature "meat & three" selections... items such as fried chicken, meat loaf, turkey & dressing with all your favorite southern side dishes. Just finished a fun and delicious meal at Elliston Place Soda Shop. My son gave the Reuban a '9' and the milkshakes are always a '10'!! You can't go wrong here.

Went over Easter weekend. Never visited there before. Although the diner was a fun nostalgic decor there were not enough staff working. Wait was way too long for just 4 desserts. Shakes and sundaes were good but nothing special like you would expect from a historic soda shop. They tasted like I had just scooped Purity ice cream out of a carton from the grocery store.
