I live in Tipton Co and have had this service for the last year. First they were staffing through an agency from Memphis Tn, they let them go on my case because they could not staff it on a daily basis. They then have attempted to manage this case from the Nashville office and have had the same problems. They can't provide adequate service because they do not have any PRN staff to fill in when regular staff takes off. They can not seem to communicate to the client in a timely manor and continually leave the families to cover the client when the don't. To me this is a very unacceptable way for a company to provide medical care to clients.
