Don't know about him being an attorney but as the trustee at Davidson County's bankruptcy court he is terrible. I got a settlement from a class action law suit. I understand needing to contact my creditors to see if they'd like to be paid back. What I DON'T understand is why he has kept my money for over 2 years and not give me information about my rights. None of my creditors responded and the law office who got the settlement says this should've ended in 2012. He is horrible.
