Went to Downtown Hyundai (formerly Jim Reed Hyundai) to look at a Hyundai Elantra, didnt' really think I would walk out the door later in the evening with a new car. BEST car buying experience I have ever had.!!! Wasi and the rest of the staff were great and I definitely didn't feel pressure like so many other times before from other dealers. Will be a life long customer!!!
I don't know much about buying cars but the sales team put me at ease. Of course since I this was my first time buying a car and they could see i wasn't able to talk down the price very much so come in prepared about the value of the car you would like to purchase.
was not planning on buying a new car but after looking at them and talking to the salesman and driving the car I was pleasantly surprised. love the new car,
We have only been in Nashville for three years. I was happy to buy my wife any car she wanted. She only wanted another Subaru. She values the safety, reliability and comfort of her ten-year-old Outback. I now use her old Outback for my "country car" and she now has a new Outback from Jim Reed. Our experience with Jim Reed Automotive during the purchase process was outstanding. From the salesman to the sales manager, we were treated well, with open and candid communication. We chose to order a new car built to our specifications. The Jim Reed organization indicated what they would do, and they delivered on their promises. I recommend them (and their Subaru products). I just bought an Elantra at Jim Reed. I had a wonderful experience with the sales team and the service department. I didn't care for the finance person because he seemed to be a bit uncaring. Other than that, I had a very good experience at Jim Reed Hyundai. I would definitely use them again. Alvin

Just purchased a Subaru Outback at Jim Reed, nice people and very nice salesman. the selection was low because of the trouble in Japan , however they had some nice vehicles. we drove 2 vehilces and never felt rushed to hurry up and buy, as a matter of fact i went ot 5 other dealership and because of the hard sale i left. i also looked at the Hyundai with the same Subaru saleman to compare vehicles but decided on the Subaru Outback

Jim Reed provided exceptionally friendly and helpful service for the car buyer. I strongly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car visit this dealership. The staff listens to your needs and provides great attention to ensure all these needs are satisfied.
This dealership is the ONLY place to go to buy your next car! They are super friendly, and are not intimidated by customers who like to negotiate on prices. Everyone from the general manager, salesmen, service department, and finance department were exceptional in their customer service!

Great car and great service. I worked with Wasi and Rania to purchase a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. I was apprehensive at first, but Wasi calmed my fears. He is not your typical sales person and he was helpful in understanding my needs. They did not pressure me, but understaood that car buying is a big decision and they helped me with it. In the end, that is what clinched the deal for me. I would highly recommend Jim Reed Hyundai if you are looking for a hassle free and a pleasant car buying experience

I contacted Jim Reed by e-mail to let them know what I was looking for and my price range. When I arrived for my appointment, the cars I had noted were ready for me to look at and test drive. Sales staff was great - friendly and helpful, understanding that I needed to stay within my budget. In the end I left with a car I am very happy with and a payment that is in the range I originally told them I needed to stay within. I have purchased cars from other dealers and this was a much quicker and less stressful experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Jim Reed Hyundai. I worked with Rahim and Rania. They were great! I called several other dealerships and found their pricing very competitive. I was particularly interested in the new Sonata versus the Camry, Altima and Accord. Rahim was very informative about the car, its performance and benefits. After talking to all the other dealers I decided to go with Jim Reed Hyundai. The next day I faxed over my information and most of the paperwork was handled prior to my visit. Rania called me back within an hour to tell me I was approved and to pick a color! It was my birthday so I was particularly excited. When I arrived to finalize the paperwork and take possession of the car I was treated like royalty! This was truly one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone considering buying or leasing a vehicle. By the way, I love my new sporty Sonata! Its like a luxury car without the luxury price.

We had a very good experience at Jim Reed. Our salesperson was Megan Staggs and she was excellent. We had a budget that we needed to stay within....and Megan made that happen! It was very exciting to be able to drive a new car off the showroom floor! Very nice folks and incredibly helpful. I highly suggest Jim Reed!
Not bad. My wife and I purchased two cars and so far are satisfied with both purchases. The sales rep was professional, and very friendly. The sale went well and in the end we walked out with what we wanted. They work a little different at Jim Reed than at other dealers. The sales rep has little to do with the sale. They show and prep the cars and that is about it. Negotiations are conducted between a sales manager and the buyer. In some respects it is easier - less back and forth, but the sales person tends to get pushed out of the picture. Whatever, it works and we are happy with our vehicles.
We bought a Hyundai Elantra from Jim Reed using an internet special price. The manner in which the sales staff handled the deal was very good. There was no high pressure methods used and they met all our demands on line before we arrived at the dealership. I would recommend Jim Reed for your next automobile purchase!
