I rate CVS Pharmacy in Alexandria, Virginia as a 5 Star because of Ms. Yemi Negga who is the most outstanding Pharmacist I have ever experienced . On several occasions Ms. Negga has had to coordinate with higher headquarter, doctors, and insurance companies to provide me the medications prescribed by my physicians. Many of those times the insurance companies have made errors or doctors failed to provide the proper paperwork necessary for my illiness. Regardless of how difficult the task Ms. Negga has always step up to the plate, and provided me the medication needed often it has been after several minutes of talking with various people by telephone.. She is indeed a consummate professional at all times. Her customer service is above reproach, and she consistently demonstrates superior job knowledge, attention to detail, caring, and team spirit with those working around her. Ms. Yemi Negga is clearly the most outstanding Pharmacist at Pendaw Shopping Ctr in Alexandria, Virginia.
