Captain D s believes in being the best neighborhood seafood restaurant for everyone it serves. The restaurant chain is a franchised, quick service seafood restaurant that serves fried and broiled fish, fried and broiled shrimp, seafood stuffed crab shells, chicken dishes and a variety of side items including corn, baked potatoes, okra, green beans, tossed salads and hush puppies. The chain is also active in communities, recently holding a Batman themed hush puppy eating contest that benefited the American Cancer Society. Captain D s is able to send buyers around the globe to ensure year round quality seafood. Established in 1969 as Mr. D s, Captain D s has headquarters in Nashville, Tenn., with franchised locations in more than 20 United States and Okinawa Japan.
