Brian is highly recommended because he is very good at what he does. You would expect a smart man to handle your therapy and that man is Brian. I have been a patient of his for a little while and he has helped me with my depression and OCD, which has been difficult but with his help tolerable. I would let him help any close friend and family if that wasn't unethical. Brian is a very ethical man and he has shown his true colors in all the work that he has done with me, he is compassionate and empathetic, he can seek out areas that you find difficult to verbalize. He can make a bad day into one that you can get through. He is very loyal and he keeps his word which is very important these days. Trust is a factor and with Brian, there is no worry. He is confidential so you can feel safe with revealing your deepest thoughts to him without reprimand. As I said at first, I recommend him with the feeling that he can help you look trouble squarely in the eye and overcome it.
