Established in 2008, Black 13 Tattoo Parlor is located in Nashville Tennessee's historic Cummins Station and offers a clean, comfortable upscale environment with the finest artistry and customer experience. Black 13 Tattoo parlor is owned and operated by Doy Gardner and the business is located in historic Cummins Station, a 100 year old building that was originally the worlds largest train warehouse upon its opening. It offers the upscale environment that Black 13 wanted to embrace and present to its clientele. B13 artists include Ryan Thomas, Marty "Riet" McEwen, Jay Quarles, Kirk George, Steve Pearson, Brad Dozier, and Nathan Fisher. The main goal of Black 13 is to provide a wide array of quality work and exceptional customer service for clients all within a comfortable and welcoming environment.
