She has gathered regional recipes from both parents. Her mother is from Bari, Italy and her Father is from Vittoria, Sicily. Her Mother, Crescenza has carried down many recipes from Stefania's Grandmother (Nonna), Rosa, this tradition has been generated for many generations. The Catering Professional, Stefania has taken her Father, Guiseppino's Secret Sicilian delights and created a meatball to die for!
