This daycare smells horrible (dirty diapers and overpowering grape air freshener). My child came home reeking of grape every night even after I complained and they turned the air freshener down. The administrative staff is smug and inflexible, caring only about the contract they make you sign and not your child's actual welfare or best interests. Meals and snacks provided here are completely devoid of fruit and vegetables other than the juice. The cost is high given what you're getting (or not getting). We were looking for a new daycare at the end of my child's first week here and had given our mandatory two weeks' notice by the second week. After my child had had a cold, sinus infection, and double pink eye and we simply wanted OUT, they would not excuse us from the remainder of the two-week period. It was a mistake to ever enroll my toddler here and I wouldn't send her back if ALC was the last daycare in Tennessee.
