I was planning on using Village of Flowers for my wedding. I met with Melanie on February 1st for the first consultation. I was not impressed with her creative ability. She did not offer any helpful ideas. My mom and I were shocked by this awful experience. Melanie said she would work on the proposal within the week and email it to us. Two weeks later, I had not heard anything from her. I emailed the store and Lauren told me they were backed up b/c of Valentine's Day and I would get the proposal in two days. Today is February 27th and I have yet to hear from anyone. This place is incredibly unprofessional. I found another florist in Brentwood who is incredible. I met with her Monday the 22nd, left the consultation at 7:00 at night and by 9:00 that SAME night, had the proposal. Please search around before using this shop.
