this is the worse run service we have ever come in contact with they do not call in advance to notify you that they are coming to check you the team leader is the worst person I have ever attempted to work with about the people coming to see us we call her and notify her of days when we are not available to be seen due to various dr appts we have and we tell them in advance but evidentially the team leader does not notify anybody of this information also when we have to have my wife's port flushed we have to call them and notify them when it is due to be done they have sent people here who have problems finding the port and dig around like they don't know what they are doing they also do not pay attention to anything we tell the visiting nurse about our ongoing medical problems so nothing gets done and i assume no reports must not being sent to the dr that ordered the help because we never hear fany feedback from the dr it just appears that they are working with a team leader and a administrative staff that don't either know what they are doing or don't really care
