Dr. Sitzes has been my dentist for over 10 years. He has never been anything but kind and attentive, and while waiting to be called, I've heard him interact with patients and nurses, and never once have I ever heard him be anything but kind and professional. He has done root canals for me, wisdom tooth extractions, crowns, and fillings. I didn't even know at what moment he extracted the tooth---he was that gentle. My husband has started going to him, as well. He recently treated him for and eventually pulled an extremely abscessed tooth. Again, my husband couldn't believe how quickly and painlessly he extracted the tooth. We both highly recommend him. Sheila and Klint Tedder

Donald Sitzes is very rude. He yells at his nurses, over charges you even of you have insurance, doesn't listen to your concerns and only cares about collecting money. He seems to have a "I'm a Dr. Complex",and no one else knows anything but him. I went to see him about having a wisdom tooth removed, he wanted to charge me $250 and told his assistant to call in antibiotics, walked out of the room when I said the cost was too much. I would not refer anyone to him.

Treats his clients like their low lives talks down to you if your teeth arnt perfect. Last time I checked that's why people go to a dentist he will be real nice the first app. Then he a ts like you are a bad person if you have bad teeth filled a cavity and ja jacked up my gums and lips have had a fat lip for 2 weeks now from a rutine fill filling couldn't eat for a week after and don't go there if your In pain cause he's gunna tell you your not and your sorry for lieing

Dr. Sitzes is probably one of the rudest men I've ever met. He yelled at my 16 year old daughter about her teeth, something she's already insecure about, and made her leave crying. Yes, he did need to point out things that need to be brought attention to, but he needs to learn to do it in a more polite way, instead of basically calling my daughter ugly. You can't talk to a 16 year old girl like that. He didn't even ask her if she had any questions, which she did. Just did some work, yelled some, and left the room.
