I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from Toyota of Nashua in December of 2013. I didn't have a great experience purchasing the car to begin with and now I have had a horrible experience with there service center. When I was in the process of purchasing the car, they weren't able to finish up the paperwork completing the sale that day and I had to go so what we did was I left my trade-in, took the Cruze and was going back the next day or two (I don't remember exactly but it was within 1-3 days) because they were having trouble making the deal work. When I came back there were still issues and I was stuck waiting and so I said that I'll just take my trade-in back and go elsewhere.... Even though the sale was not finalized they had already sold my trade-in. Huge issue. Eventually we made it work but I had a bad taste in my mouth. I financed through Toyota Credit Company and I pay 18% on my car loan so I was hoping with the amount of money they made on me during the sale, coupled with what

My recent purchase of a certified Toyota Camry was a good experience thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of my sales person Juliana Portillo. I would recommend this dealership to others because of their courtesy to customers and their respect to customers needs and requirements.

I was warned by a friend of their lackluster customer service in the Service Department. Well, needless to say, I had an awful experience with them. They are useless and uneducated on what they are doing. I had a $3k part put into my Highlander, only to find out, IT DIDN'T NEED THAT PART. They try to blame anything wrong with your vehicle on the driver. My one year old Highlander needed new tires, but that was my fault because I had a plug in ONE tire. How does this make any sense? They need to educate their service department. They need better customer service, AND they need to clean their loaner cars (I got one full of dog hair).

Horrible Service. I had a coupon for 14.95 oil change w/ car wash. I also needed them to replace my radio since it has been having problems. I made an apt for 830. Got there at 830 and waited until 10pm in their small cramped waiting room that had weak wifi signal just for them to tell me that my radio works and to come in when it's not working. Since it's sporadic and works when I turn the car off then on, that's very unlikely. So, I go out to my car and see that the car isn't washed. Come back in and ask about it and they act like they didn't know and tell me it will be another 20 min. 40min later I get my keys and the car is WORSE than it was before. The car looked filthy. Asked the manager if he can honestly tell me this was washed and he had them was it again. It still looked dirty, but I was fed up since I've been there for almost 3 hours for an oil change! Also asked them about tire rotation (free w/ oil change at firestone) and that would be $34. RIP OFF! Never Again

I would recommend this place for it's service alone. The waiting room is clean, quite (they even have a separate quiet room" for business people) They offer free donuts, coffee and soda, and the service employees are so helpful and accommodating that it really is no hardship to wait for your vehicle and know that the repairs are taken care of.
