Having lived at Palm Square for a year, I can't imagine how anyone could give it 5 stars. I gave it one star for location, as it is close to downtown, and right on the bus line, but, it is in the middle of an extremely high crime area. One for "appearance", as it is extremely appealing when walking into the lobby, and atrium, with the"Mission Statement" displayed just inside the atrium. It makes you feel like this is a place where you would love to live. The "Mission Statement" states it is a "55 plus community", but there are people there of all ages and backgrounds, and not at all "homey" or "comfortable", as they suggest. It is more like "public housing" in a nicer atmosphere. Management is not helpful at all, and they really don't care about the tenants, or any issues they may have. You quickly realize that it is all about the money with them. It does fit very nicely into the "tree street" neighborhood. If you like the area, you just may like it there.

What a beautiful place to leave, i love, quiet, organized, nice people and nice landlord.

My father moved into Palm Square over a year ago and he couldn't be happier. The setting is beautiful and his apartment is spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is convenient and has excellent food and very reasonable prices. They make a great martini too! I highly recommend Palm Square!
