I had to accompany a student to this particular Lenscrafters for a VERY important eye exam. The student would not have been able to receive the services they needed without it!! It was done for FREE by Lenscrafters and after anticipating the scheduled appt. for quite a while, we were eager to arrive the day of. I called to say we were running a few minutes late but that we WOULD be there. They informed me that they have procedures and that if not on time I would need to reschedule. I was so dissapointed!!!!!!!! We tried our best to get there anyway, and WERE IN FACT LATE! I expected them to turn us away, seeing as this was them offering us a FREE appointment for the low-income student! Upon arriving, they asked us to fill out paperwork, gave us the utmost respect and consideration, and tended to us as if we were PAYING customers. Their generosity was SSOOO appreciated and they were SO GOOD TO US!!! I would defintely RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT to anyone wanting good, honest service!!!
