Foreman and crew are exceptionally skilled workers, they cut down many trees in our yard, from the time they showed up until the time they left, they were working very hard to get the job done. Very fair pricing, we have more work to be done and intend to call Hirko's.

On a Sunday morning, after spending half the night trying to coax my house cat out of a tree, I finally called Hirko's Tree Service to find out what a cat rescue would cost. I was quickly put in touch with the actual tree climbers, who offered to swing by and check out the situation. The man who showed up was so courteous and professional, I immediately felt better. He had to go make one stop first, but he assured me he'd have my cat on the ground within the hour. He returned quickly, along with another climber, Timmy - aka "The Human Squirrel". He shimmied up that 30 feet no problem, and came back down a minute later, cat in hand. The fee was something minimal, much lower than I had expected - and just a fraction of what a fall would have cost me. I really got the impression that they just happy to help me. I'm so glad I called them, and I would be more than happy to use them again in the future :)

I like Hirkos Tree Services because of the Ownwers dedication, honesty and fairness to his customers. If you are not satisfied with the service ,Mr Hirkos will do whatever necessary to fix it. Despite the rush job and lack of consideration from one of his employees for my concerns when I notice that the job they had done wasn't exactly what I had asked . Tracey and Mr Hirkos took the time to call me after reading the note of dissatisfaction I sent with my payment. I expected nothing from them but they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.His crew had come for 35 min and left . I was told that they would be here for an hour and that they would take care of me. Which they didn't at first. They came again and finish the trimming the way I had asked for. Thanks Mr Hirkos and Tracey; I would not hesitated to call you again or recommend your services. You definitely know how to satisfy the needs and concerns of your repeat customers. You stand 100% behind your name.

The removal of the tree and cleanup afterward was excellent. However, the agreement was to also grind the stump. It was indicated that the stump would be ground at least seven inches below grade. The actual grinding stopped less than thre inches below grade and did not grind the entire stiump. This was after the stump grinder informed HIRKO of a price increase to do the job of over 60 per cent. Overall, tree removal service excellent, (five stars); stump grinding service, no stars at all.

well hirko was on time for the quote.... i got a quote between $600.00 and $750.00 to remove 1 tree.... I got the bill in and of course got billed the highest price... as to a friend of mine had 4 trees cut and was billed $700.00... 2 of her trees were on the side of the road had to stop traffic and only got billed $700.00..... where mine was in my back yard.... When they cut the bark and it fell on my grass made a hole in the grass.... Denis A

Hirko's was one of two quotes I received to do a job in the front area of my home. Not only was his price better, but the guys went beyond my expectations to get the job done to MY satisfaction. It was nice to know that during the job when more pruning needed to be done to acheive that satisfaction, the guys were more than happy to help out. As a customer, it's not always easy to be on the ground level and know exactly how many branches are going to be cut. I chose to express the look I wanted and they acheived it.

We hired Hirko's 6 years ago to remove trees from our new home that were badly neglected. Hirko's was on time, did exactly what we wanted but also suggested certain trees be left standing, the property looks amazing! We recommended them to our neighbor, and "borrowed" them again (same day) to remove one of our trees since they were in the neighborhood! We recently moved into a home where the previous homeowner neglected several trees on the property. I highly recommend Hirko's Tree Service. I have found other tree removal companies to have a long wait for an appointment and astronomical pricing. Hirko's arrived the first day I called and provided an affordable bid and was ready to schedule the work. Having used them several times, for emergencies after heavy winds as well as landscaping improvements, their staff has always been courteous, professional and extremely neat.

I took time off from work to be home when Hirko's came to give me a quote on tree removal. They never showed up. Nor did they have the courtesy to call and inform me that they would be late. An hour after they were due, a representative left a voicemail saying he'd been "held up," and to call back if I still wanted my quote. No, I don't think so. A company that wastes customers' time does not deserve business.
