I went there because I had a lot of coins. Mostly half dollars and old pennies. There was well over a hundred 100 half dollars. I had a couple really old coins not in very good condition. I went in there with questions on the coins. The guy I that was there didn't seem like he wanted to deal with me. No hi how are you nothing!! I gave hime the bags of coins told him what I had. I said I wasn't sure if any of there are rare or worth more than the other one's. He said probably not while he was separating the half dollars by the dates. He then put them in a machine to count them. He wrote down a couple things. Not saying anything to me the whole time. I would ask him something he would give me a one or two word answer. Just basicly brushing me off. I had to ask him if he was just giving me the melt value for the coins. He said "yup" I was hopeing he could tell me atleast what to look like to see if any were worth more but it seemed like he didn't care. Then he looked at the old coins I had and the 7 rolls of old pennies. Told me the total of what he would he would give me for everything. Didn't care to tell me what the couple old coins were worth. I asked how much he was giving me for the pennies. He said 2 cents a peice. I had looked briefly on line and thats what they are worth unless you have a rare coin. I asked him if there could be rare coins in all of them one's I gave him. He said "maybe" I asked how you can tell. He told me to "buy a book"!! The reason I went in there was to get some information about the coins see what I had and i was going to sell most of them to this guy any way. So I took the pennies back all the half dollars he had already bagged up so I sold those to him also. I got a good amount of money because of them melt value of the mass amounts of old half dollars. I didnt expect him to go through every single coin but he could have looked at a couple and told me what to look for. It seemed like he couldn't bother to do that. Its not like there was anyone in there. I might have had a rare coin that I will never know about becaue this guy just figured to just give me the melt value to get me out of the store!! He is a coin dealer I asked him what to look for in the pennies and he tells me to buy a book!! Are you f...ing serious!? If I didnt need the money I would have sold anything to him. Who knows what I really gave him!!

I recently sold some gold coins to Bruce Breton. I don't know a lot about gold so when he gave me the price I didn't argue. A week later I got a letter in the mail with a check from Bruce Breton for additional money saying that he miscalculated and he actually owed me more money for my coins. He could have totally ripped me off and I would have never known! It showed me that this company is 100% reliable and truthful with their numbers. I will absolutely refer anyone I know who has gold to sell to go to Bruce Breton.
