this place is the friendliest, most convenient fitness center I have ever been to. I have tried the national chains, and I have tried the big city gyms, but Naples Valley Fitness offers a great deal and friendly people. The owners are very concerned and helpful to their members, and the equipment is in great condition. The place is extremely clean, and the 24 hours a day concept takes away the excuse that you don't have the time. I love this place, and the person I've become since I joined!!!
