Beware small towns!! I am staying in Everglade City - a small town with no street delivery. its all done at the post office. I placed an order to be shipped to my PO Box here. UPS did not deliver it because the street address of the post office was not noted. there's only one post office in this tiny town!! I only found this out when I called UPS to find out why my package hadn`t been delivered. I was told that I was being sent a postcard to let me know to pick it up in Naples - 60 miles away. Interesting they can arrange delivery for a post card but not a package

would like to complement an employee who was extremely helpful in my trying to track a package, Employee Edward R. NPT1EXR went out of his way to support me and help locate the package. Although not yet located, he kept trying many methods and I do hope we find the package soon. Thank you Edward R.

I have never had to drop off a package at ups only fed x. This first time experience with ups I had to take it my 500$ camera. I also had to bring in my 3 year old child with me. I brought a box and a emailed printed out shipping label as directed by the Cannon company. How ever my box was not the right type as it was used to purchased home cleaning goods. The woman Ruth at the desk was not only very busy, she was smiling, pleasant and actually cared about being there , she was helping a man in front of me whom was not nice at all...I mean at all. She did every thing she could and as nice as possible to help him and he remained difficult. She really surprised me. As you don't see that very often in these circumstances especially. She helped me to get the right box, spoke to my son whom was also not feeling well and tired. He smiled at her. As a mother there is not better feeling when some one interacts with your child. My experience was truly awesome. Ruth , You rock and thank you !!
