My husband and I both have been seeing the team at Dr. Makram's office since 2006. We have had other dentists in the past but none have been as all around great as this team. From the hygienists to Dr. Makram himself- everyone is always kind, courteous and, best of all, as painless as possible. Dr. M added 2 crowns to my husband's teeth last week and he had no pain, even later that evening. I have been a nurse for more than 40 years and recommend them with the highest marks.
I have been in Dr. Makram's care for a year and a half. My previous dentists have been able to preserve the status quo (pocket depth) at best, even after expensive laser treatments. After a series of regular and deep cleanings at Dr. Makram's office, the health of my gum tissue has improved visibly and measurably: no more deep pockets! Dr. Makram's entire staff is not only very skilled and knowledgeable, they also care. Yesterday morning, I called the office because I felt pain in a tooth, and they gave me an appointment during their lunch break. That's a level of commitment to their patients' wellbeing that I have rarely seen. I am very happy with the entire patient experience at Dr. Makram's, and I recommend his services wholeheartedly!

Except for emergencies (and they were beginning to add up!) I never went to the dentist because I was terrified. Other offices have assured me they would take my fear into account but never really succeeded. Dr. Makram's staff makes certain I am comfortable and unafraid. They are thorough, high tech, knowledgeable and above all, compassionate. From the moment you arrive, they treat you like you're their favorite patient and take the time to explain absolutely everything. I can honestly say, I have finally found a dentist (and staff members) that I am comfortable with and that says a lot!
I have been going to him for over 23 years. He is a perfectionist but also pleasant. I have referred several friends to him and they like him very much. Great work, nice office and pleasant staff.

Your visit begins with a warm welcome from Vevian . Dr. Makram is an outstanding dentist. Kathleen is the best hygienist I have ever had as well as being warm, considerate and compassionate. The experience is more like visiting friends than an office visit.
The off ice staff is friendly, commencing with Vivian. All professional staff, Jenifer, Kathleen, and the doctor took the time to explain each step of the process and were very gentle. No unpleasant painful part of the visit. I have never had such a relaxed experience at a dentist. Can't wait to go back. Now that says it all!
Mark is an excellent general dentist in addition to cosmetic dentistry. Kathleen is the best hygienist we have ever had. The office staff is very always pleasant and very helpful.
